The tip is to open the chest to create space and stretch the arm.
1 minute each side, alternating arms and leg that is on top
Stretches hips, thighs, shoulders, armpits, triceps and chest
Precautions of Gomukhasana
- Don’t attempt this Asana in case of Neck, knee,hip and shoulders injury.
- Don’t fasten your hands behind the back.Don’t go beyond over your abilities.
